Our return policy is as follows:

If you wish to return your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. The item must be in its original condition, unused and with all tags and labels attached. Returns will be accepted for store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

We take great care in inspecting our products prior to shipment, but in the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.

Please note that leather is a natural material and may have variations in texture, color, and other minor imperfections, which adds to its unique character and beauty. These natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.
